About the role As a diabetes nurse at Doktor.se Sundsvall Health Center, you work in a patient-centered and evidence-based manner and are professional in your approach while prioritizing the patient first. Examples of work tasks: Regular clinic work Phone and chat consultations Triage and acute patient flows Provide education, support, and guidance to patients with diabetes Contribute to the development of our diabetes care and improvement initiatives Participate in developing primary care by being part of the journey to implement digital-physical processes About you To thrive in this role, you are confident in your professional skills and appreciate working in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute innovative ideas.
