We are now looking for a Deployment Manager who combines operational control with a clear responsibility for developing working methods, team, and delivery capability. About the role As Deployment Manager you take overall responsibility for our deployments and project deliveries – from planning and coordination to stable handover and continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create structure, clarity, and predictability in deliveries while leading people, driving projects forward, and developing working methods that strengthen both quality and customer value. The role involves overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and following up on multiple parallel projects and deployments. You drive the work from initiation to handover and ensure that activities, resources, schedules, and dependencies are managed efficiently and systematically. You will: Establish and anchor project, schedule, and resource plans Coordinate internal and external resources Ensure follow-up of status, risks, quality, costs, and deviations Drive decisions and activities forward together with multiple functions Document implementation, decisions, and lessons learned Ensure structured handover to operations and support Develop processes, templates, and common working methods for projects and deployments The role has a broad contact surface with management, KAM/Sales, technology, product, support, operations, customers, and external parties. You will also have personnel responsibility for a small team and play an important role in creating clarity, structure, and momentum in the day-to-day work. We are looking for you We believe you are an experienced project manager or delivery manager who thrives in complex environments where many activities happen in parallel and where success is built on structure, clarity, and execution capability. We would like to see that you have: Documented experience in project management, delivery management, or deployment Experience driving multiple parallel projects simultaneously Good understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning Experience coordinating and setting requirements toward multiple stakeholders Good financial understanding and experience with budget and result tracking Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility Good system and operations understanding, preferably from SaaS, system implementations, or other project-intensive operations It is advantageous if you have experience with: ISO 27001 Information security Management systems Audits and improvement work As a person To succeed in this role, you need to be: Driven and proactive Structured and persistent Clear and confident in your communication Solution-oriented and pragmatic Comfortable with setting requirements and following up Skilled at creating collaboration and alignment between different functions You have the ability to keep the big picture together without losing the details and thrive in a role where you can combine leadership, coordination, and operational execution.
