We are now seeking a Copywriter & Content Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for content and communication within Elitfönster's industrial division. Here you'll have a key role in developing an already strong brand, strengthening customer relationships, and creating communication that engages customers, partners, and the industry. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and developing B2B marketing that supports business objectives and marketing activities. You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with the sales organization and the company's customers to ensure that the right message reaches the right target audience through the right channel. As a marketing communications specialist, you will identify customer needs and ensure that relevant marketing initiatives are planned, produced, and executed with high quality. You will be driving the creation of copy and content for everything from PR to advertisements, newsletters, sales training, events, and sponsorship activities. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department, the sales organization, the product department, and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Together with colleagues in the marketing department, develop the overall campaign plan for all communication channels in line with the company's business objectives, customer insights, and market analyses. • Project manage marketing-related projects from idea to implementation in close collaboration with both internal and external parties. • Develop and maintain the company's copy bank and tone of voice. • Manage blog and editorial content. • Drive and develop the company's PR work and serve as the contact person with the media. • Produce content for our customers in collaboration with colleagues in the marketing department (catalogs, newsletters, store materials, etc.). • Manage the packaging and development of sales training programs. • Plan and coordinate marketing activities together with key customers. • Project manage trade shows, events, and sponsorship activities. Your Profile We believe that you • Have good experience in content marketing or marketing communications. • Are a skilled copywriter with a strong sense of tone of voice, audience adaptation, and storytelling. • Have extensive experience driving projects and coordinating multiple activities in parallel. • Feel comfortable combining strategic thinking with your own hands-on implementation. • Are curious about and interested in market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments. As a person, you are structured, self-directed, and proactive. You find it easy to build relationships and collaborate with both internal and external contacts. We think you ideally have at least 3–5 years of experience in similar work and thus also relevant education, or equivalent work experience in the field. We'd prefer that you live in the local area, but applicants from other parts of southern Sweden are also welcome.
