Our client in Vårgårda is growing and is looking for a CNC operator/CAM programmer for their high-tech production. About the Role: With our client, you will work on one-of-a-kind manufacturing of advanced components in a modern and technically sophisticated environment. You will work with modern milling machines where programming is a natural part of your daily work. The role encompasses both CNC machining and CAM programming, where you independently develop programs and produce parts based on drawings and 3D data. The work demands high precision, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills. You will be part of an experienced team where quality and accuracy are the focus. Your Profile: We are looking for someone who wants to develop in their role and work with advanced and challenging products. You are an experienced CNC operator with solid knowledge of CAM programming. Additionally, you have a strong technical interest, are self-driven, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process—from programming to finished part. Requirements: • Experience with CNC milling • Strong programming knowledge • Knowledge of blueprint reading and 3D data • Ability to work independently • Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Desirable: • Knowledge of Mastercam Working Hours: Daytime (flexible hours and time bank available) Start Date: By agreement Collective Agreement: Yes Do you have questions about the position?
