About the Position As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines according to specific drawings and work orders. You will ensure high quality by performing precise measurements and inspections of manufactured components. Tasks also include maintaining machines, reporting deviations, and collaborating with production planners to optimize workflow. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to continuous improvements of production processes and maintain a safe and efficient work environment for our client. About You – Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed CNC training with solid experience operating CNC-controlled machines and performing control measurements. You must have a driver's license (Class B) and access to a car to commute to Ulricehamn, where the position is located. The ability to work various shifts is a requirement, which means both day and evening shifts. Your ability to organize and plan your work in a structured manner is essential for success in this role. Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have a workshop technical education with a CNC focus or equivalent work experience, as well as welding competency. Experience working at a fast pace and knowledge of machine work gained from previous employment is also a significant advantage.
