We are seeking a CNC technician for our sheet metal production! About the Position As a CNC technician with leadership responsibility, you will manage the sheet metal department and lead a small team. You ensure that production runs efficiently, maintains high quality, and that proper priorities are set in daily operations. You will work closely with the production manager and become an important part of developing production, with a focus on structure, efficiency, and improved workflows. We are looking for someone who has: Experience with CNC-related sheet metal processing Experience from production work in the manufacturing industry Ability to lead and delegate work within the production team Good understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing processes Experience working in a production-oriented role A responsible work approach and experience leading people in daily operations Other Information This recruitment is conducted confidentially and more information about the company will be provided at a later stage of the process.
