Experienced CNC Operator / CNC Technician Wanted for Prototype Department We are seeking an experienced CNC operator or technician for our prototype department. The work consists of programming, problem-solving, and manufacturing prototypes using our 5-axis multi-spindle lathe, in close collaboration with the design department. We do not have our own series production. Our operations are entirely focused on developing and creating prototypes and new products for the design department. The work involves manufacturing individual parts, test components, and prototype solutions where problem-solving, adaptation, and precision are a large part of the daily routine. When products are fully developed, series production is handed over to external subcontractors. We are looking for someone who: Is self-driven and takes initiative Is receptive and has strong collaboration skills Has extensive experience in CNC and programming Is solution-oriented and technically strong Can plan your work days and independently drive work forward and complete your tasks Meritorious knowledge: Experience with Esprit-Edge CAM or Fusion 360 Knowledge of lathe programming in Fanuc Experience with some manual machining At our company, experience carries significant weight.
