We are now seeking CNC operators for our unique production of cutting-edge submarine and surface vessel technology at one of the world's most modern shipyards. Your Role As a CNC operator, you will work with: Bed Mills Floor Mills Boring Mills The work includes job shop machining, new manufacturing, and you are responsible for programming, setup and operation of machines as well as quality assurance according to drawings. The work encompasses both large components and one-off manufacturing, and sometimes the assignment includes repairing or modifying existing components. You will be part of a competent team where collaboration, precision, and technical expertise are crucial to the final result. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you are collaborative, solution-oriented, and meticulous. Requirements: CNC training Previous experience working with one of the following machine types: bed mill, floor mill, or boring mill. Good blueprint reading skills Experience in machine setup and rigging Experience with large component machining Experience with Heidenhain Experience with Mastercam Experience with one-off manufacturing is advantageous Ability and willingness to work in 2-shift operations. This position requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security regulations in place.
