Do you want to lead and develop international sales for a strong brand in a rapidly growing organization? Morris is now seeking a driven CCO with experience in international e-commerce who wants to continue driving and further developing Morris' digital business. About the Role Morris is in an exciting phase where e-commerce, brand, and customer experience are at the center. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you have a key role in driving and developing Morris' international expansion and e-commerce sales. You have overall responsibility for Morris' commercial business and results within e-commerce, growth strategy, customer journey, and brand development internationally. Your mission is to drive growth in every market and ensure that the company has the right strategy and structure. You are responsible for the company's direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital sales, profitable growth, and scalable processes by working systematically, data-driven, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). You continuously optimize the channel mix between e-commerce, retail, and wholesale based on profitability, customer value, and scalability. As CCO, you work innovatively, goal-oriented, strategically, and operationally with a focus on building a scalable and long-term sustainable business. You have budget and result responsibility and are an important part of the company's management group where you contribute to business development with operational and strategic insights. You are responsible for Head of Wholesale, Head of E-commerce, and Teamlead Retail and work in close collaboration with Head of Marketing and the CEO. About You We are looking for someone with experience in international sales in a digitally business-driven environment. You are used to working strategically and operationally driving sales through e-commerce and thrive in a role where you can build structure and create growth. You have experience building and implementing effective processes within sales, campaign planning, and assortment with clear connection to sales results. As a person, you are driven, structured, analytical, responsive, communicative, and goal-oriented with a strong ability to work business-driven and create long-term business relationships. We are looking for someone who has: Strong experience with digital business and international e-commerce sales Experience driving companies and brands toward clear growth and profit targets Experience setting clear goals and following up results linked to KPIs Documented ability to combine strategic work with operational execution You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written About Morris Morris Stockholm is a Swedish premium brand in classic menswear, with a focus on quality, fit, and timeless design.
