About the Job Position type: Permanent employment at 20 hours per week, probationary period applies. Start date: August 10, 2026, or by agreement. Work hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You perfect the customer experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves happy—and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main responsibilities are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration). Work at the checkout, including service transactions. Help with restocking and create a pleasant store environment. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help where needed! Who are you? You're a natural problem-solver who likes pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! If you've worked in retail before—even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
