The job is, in short, about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week; probation period applies. Start date: August 3, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's a bit more about the job: Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals. It's also great if you: See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
