About the Job We're looking for you who love food, people, and sales and want to be part of our great team at Willys Tranemo Västra! In short, the role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Temporary position at 26 hours per week until 2026-12-06. Start Date: By agreement. Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good command of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. After some time, you'll also place orders, plan sales, and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
