About the Job We're looking for someone who enjoys food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Eskilstuna Smeden! In short, the position means you'll help our customers shop for good, sustainable food at really good prices. Position details: Permanent full-time employment with probationary period Start date: August 10, 2026 or by agreement Working hours: You'll rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. More about the position: Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and flowers department. You're responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is attractive and seasonally relevant, thereby helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals. You'll meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it. It's also great if you: Have experience working in a produce and flowers department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development. Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement. You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
