About the Role In this role, you work as an employed recruitment consultant and HR partner with us, which means you drive the entire business from the first conversation through delivery and follow-up. You're responsible for recruitment processes where quality, pace, and accuracy are critical, while also stepping into a broad HR role with our clients when needed. This can involve recruitment assignments, employment law, personnel matters, organizational development, change management, leadership support, and strategic questions related to talent supply and culture. You move seamlessly between operational work and advisory at the management level. The role requires that you feel confident in conversations where there are strong opinions and high expectations, and that you drive your own processes and business forward with clarity, pace, and accountability. About You We're looking for someone who has already built confidence in both recruitment and HR. You likely have experience from similar assignments, a leadership role, or have otherwise developed a strong business understanding and ability to see the bigger picture. You're accustomed to meeting decision-makers and you don't shy away from challenging conversations. You have the integrity to stand by your expertise even in rooms with significant experience and clear authority. You drive your own work forward, take responsibility for your business, and are comfortable building new relationships. Building networks and being where candidates and clients are is a natural part of how you work. Above all, you're someone who wants to work close to both people and results and who is motivated by making a real difference in the assignments you take on.
