About Us Villagatan is a group home for adults covered by LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). The residence is located in a quiet residential area in Målilla with proximity to all community services. The home is modern with five fully equipped apartments in an open floor plan. Individually tailored support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal approaches is offered at the residence. About the Position We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will: Provide individual support, care, and service services Plan and implement activities with clients Carry out delegated healthcare and nursing tasks Employment Terms We are seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are also seeking staff for hourly positions and temporary assignments. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date for the position is by agreement. Who Are You? You are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
