We are now seeking a Residential Support Worker for the group home Domarringsvägen 1-7. The facility is designed to create a safe and individually tailored environment where each service user can develop and live an independent life according to their own circumstances. As a residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with structure for those who live with us. Everything is based on the individual's abilities and need for help. Working hours are divided between day, evening, and weekend shifts. Your main responsibilities will be: • provide care, support, and service to service users based on their individual needs • respond to and address safety alarms • delegated and instructed tasks from the occupational therapist and nurse • documentation • serving as a contact person To be able to perform the work tasks in our facilities, you need to: • receive delegation to administer medication. • complete training in transfer techniques to safely transfer service users • be introduced to the work by existing staff, at least 3 work shifts. Of course, training is conducted during paid work time. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • is at least 18 years old • can speak and write Swedish. It is advantageous if you: • have a car driver's license and driving experience, and there are no obstacles to you driving a car • can ride a bicycle • have care education • have experience working within LSS. This role requires that you have a genuine interest in working with people. You are responsive and respect that we work in other people's homes. You also need to have a good ability to plan your work and collaborate with others. You take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
