Now we are looking for a qualified teacher for grades 1-3 at Stenhammarskolan. HERE'S WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INVOLVE Stenhammarskolan – an F–9 school where our hearts beat for our students, with knowledge and development in focus – has approximately 650 students and is centrally located in Flen. As a teacher for grades 1-3 at Stenhammarskolan, you will teach multiple subjects, with special focus on mathematics and Swedish as a second language. You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction to create a cohesive learning environment for students. Your digital skills are strong and you use technical tools as a natural part of your teaching to make lessons more engaging and accessible. You are self-directed and organized in your work, but you also see collaboration as a given. By actively working to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, you contribute to ensuring that all students feel seen and motivated to learn. With a relationship-focused approach, you collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians to promote student learning. You are part of a professional team where collaboration and collegial learning are in focus. You actively contribute to the school's systematic quality work, participate in meetings and professional development, and work together with your colleagues to continuously develop instruction. Through your commitment and solution-oriented attitude, you help create a school where both students and staff thrive and develop. THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT YOU: Hold teacher certification with qualifications in Math, Science, Swedish as a Second Language, Swedish, Social Studies, and English (Math & Swedish as a Second Language prioritized) for grades 1-3. Can plan, implement, and evaluate instruction according to Lgr22 with clear goals and assessment. Can use digital tools in instruction. Good knowledge of curriculum documents, grades, and assessment.
