About Rimaster Rimaster is a technology company in Rimforsa that develops and manufactures advanced electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and electrical cabinets for international customers in the specialized vehicle and industrial sectors. We are now looking for people who want to learn the trade of cable assembly technician. You don't need previous experience as a technician. The most important thing is that you enjoy practical work, want to learn new skills, and have a desire to develop. Your Tasks At Rimaster, you'll receive introduction and training from the ground up. You'll become part of a team where experienced colleagues support you in your work and help you grow into the role. Over time, you'll work practically building and assembling wiring harnesses for advanced electrical systems based on drawings, circuit diagrams, and instructions. The work takes place in production alongside colleagues where quality, precision, and collaboration are important parts of your daily routine. Your tasks may include: • Assembly of wiring harnesses and electrical components • Reading drawings and instructions • Crimping and simple soldering • Quality control and self-inspection • Troubleshooting and improvement work • Collaboration with colleagues in production Your Profile We're looking for someone who appreciates practical work and has a genuine interest in technology. You work carefully and systematically, are comfortable following instructions, and enjoy solving problems. As a person, you are positive, responsible, and contribute to good teamwork. We believe you: • Want to develop and learn something new • Bring a positive attitude to the team • Can read and understand instructions in Swedish and English Previous experience from industry, assembly, or electrical work is advantageous but not required.
