About the Role As a car rental agent, you have a central function in the operation and are responsible for the entire rental flow. The role is both operational and business-oriented, where every decision affects customer experience, results, and workflow. The work includes, among other things: Customer contact via phone and email Booking, management, and follow-up of rentals Pricing and billing Matching the right car to the right customer Independent decision-making in daily work Active work to optimize the business in every rental About the Environment and Work This is a role in an operation that is developing rapidly and where much happens in parallel.
