About the Workplace: Fröviskolan 7–9 is a small and welcoming middle school with approximately 240 students, located in Frövi – just 15 minutes from Örebro by train. Here, students from Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Vedevåg meet in a safe environment where relationships, proximity, and engagement are at the center. We are a school with a strong student focus, and the school is currently working on a development initiative together with Skolverket to become even better. Our student welfare team, together with a social pedagogue, study and career guidance counselor, and school library, works to create good conditions for both learning and well-being. With us, you will have the opportunity to participate, develop, and make a difference! 1 position(s). DUTIES Duties You will work as a subject teacher in art. The position can be combined with social studies or science (physics and technology). Your duties include collaboration with colleagues as well as communication with students, guardians, and other authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a multi-year development project (Targeted Interventions) aimed at developing instruction and increasing student achievement. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications • We are looking for someone who is a certified primary/middle school teacher for grades 7-9 with certification in art, science/social studies. • Previous practical experience in teaching is a merit. As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to independently planning your work. You are solution-oriented and have a strong ability to view situations from a holistic perspective. You are also clear, confident, creative, and have the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and sharing your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developing, and stimulating learning environment for students. Employment Type: Permanent position. Duration: Indefinite.
