About the Client Company Prefabmästarna specializes in prefabricated concrete elements, where various building components are manufactured in the factory and delivered to the construction site. Your Responsibilities As a concrete worker, you will work with the manufacturing of concrete elements, which includes formwork, reinforcement, casting according to drawings, and surface finishing. At Prefabmästarna, you will work inside the factory located in Öjebyn. You will work together with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more independent work with your own concrete elements. Some work tasks are physically demanding, which means good physical fitness is an important requirement for this job. It is an advantage if you have previous experience with blueprint reading. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible and engaged in their work. You have personal drive, are thorough, and take pride in delivering quality work. We also value that you have a strong safety mindset and are flexible and responsive both in your work and in dialogue with colleagues. Finally, we value having fun at work and believe that you, as an applicant, will contribute to a good team atmosphere. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement. Additional Information A driver's license is a requirement. You will be employed by Konsultia and work for Prefabmästarna.
