About the Company Effektiv Betong has manufactured prefabricated concrete elements since the beginning of 2015. Manufacturing takes place in a newly built factory located in Ucklum, Stenungsunds municipality. When we built our factory, we thought about our shared environment. Therefore, we have ensured that plenty of daylight enters the manufacturing area, we take advantage of the heat emitted by the newly cast concrete elements, and the factory naturally has LED lighting to save energy. In the factory, we cast concrete elements as industrial craftsmanship for delivery to customers in Sweden. Job Description Effektiv Betong is seeking an engaged and meticulous concrete worker for our operations in Ucklum. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a profession where quality, collaboration, and responsibility are in focus, and who enjoys practical and varied work. Duties • Perform casting, forming, and reinforcement according to drawings and work instructions • Prepare and finish concrete surfaces • Work with assembly and disassembly of forms • Ensure that work is performed with high quality and in accordance with applicable safety procedures • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to efficient production Qualifications We are looking for someone who • Has experience in concrete work, construction work, or similar practical work • Is responsible, meticulous, and has a good work ethic • Enjoys working both independently and in a team • Has good understanding of drawings and building processes • Focuses on safety and quality in daily work What Do We Offer You?
