Job Description The work primarily involves forming, reinforcing, and casting concrete walls. You work closely with other team members who reinforce, pour, and also perform finishing work on the walls. The work includes blueprint reading and you work in small teams. Some of the work tasks are physically demanding. Your workday also includes regular maintenance of the factory and ensuring high quality through testing. You contribute to ensuring that the production facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications You are service-minded and strive for high quality in every delivery. Your work ethic is characterized by teamwork and a strong desire to continuously develop. You enjoy a varied work environment, are observant about what needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry and a technical education from upper secondary school or equivalent. This gives you a solid foundation. Your skills also extend to language proficiency where you have a good command of Swedish both spoken and written. In addition, you have good computer skills and a Class B driver's license.
