The role suits you if you enjoy working on-site with customers, like creating business opportunities, and want to help people solve problems related to moisture, mold, ventilation, and indoor environment. About the Role As an inspector/sales representative, you work visiting customers, conducting inspections, identifying needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. You are responsible for the entire process from first contact to closing the deal. The work consists of both: * Outbound sales * Processing warm leads from incoming inquiries * On-site customer meetings * Consulting and quotation work * Follow-up and relationship building We are Looking for You Who * Have sales experience * Are social, self-driven, and results-oriented * Have an easy time building trust with customers * Hold a valid B driving license * Speak and write Swedish fluently Meritorious * Previous experience as a sales representative * Knowledge of moisture, mold, construction, ventilation, or real estate * Experience with inspections or technical consulting * Experience with the ROT market / private customers We Offer * Fixed salary + commission-based component * Good development opportunities in a growing company * Great freedom with responsibility * Combination of warm leads and new customer prospecting * A job where you make a real difference for customers Work Area The position is based in the Stockholm area.
