The Role of Asphalt Paver As an asphalt paver, you will work alongside your colleagues in close partnership with clients and customers. You will be part of a team of skilled professionals and perform both large and small asphalt paving projects. Since the nature and scope of the work varies, your tasks will be diverse and offer you excellent opportunities for professional development. Our operations are seasonal, with work primarily conducted from April through December. Your Profile We are seeking someone with experience in asphalt work in machine crews. You are responsible, have a strong safety mindset, and can work independently while contributing to good team spirit and collaboration. You actively engage in your own professional development. Additional Information A Class B driver's license is required; Class C license and wheel loader operator certification are advantageous. This is a permanent, full-time seasonal position based in Skaraborg. A probationary period may apply.
