We are now seeking two asphalt pavers for our equipment team in Jönköping and Skaraborg. About the Position You will work together in a team of 5 people on both new construction and maintenance paving projects. Together with your colleagues, you will lay asphalt for state, municipal, and private customers. As an asphalt paver, it is essential that you are comfortable working flexibly, as no two days are the same and both work sites and working hours vary throughout the season. Travel with overnight stays may occur as part of the job. Who Are You? As an asphalt paver, you need to be self-reliant, communicative, and flexible. Your Experience We are looking for someone with a basic education at upper secondary school level, preferably in construction and engineering. You have previous experience working in the construction and/or engineering industry, and if you have previously worked as an asphalt paver, we consider that a merit.
