Then you might be the person we're looking for! Vy Buss is now seeking a reliable, responsible, and service-oriented driver who wants to drive both school buses and regular route buses. As a bus driver with us, you'll have an important role in creating safety, punctuality, and excellent service—whether you're transporting students to school or passengers on regular routes. This is an on-call position, and you'll be based at both Vänersborg and Mellerud, which means you'll have a varied and meaningful workday where no two days are the same. Job Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Safe and secure driving on both school and regular routes Provide excellent service and answer passenger questions Contribute to a positive experience for everyone traveling with us Ensure punctuality and follow schedules Be a helpful hand for both colleagues and passengers Additional tasks may include: Cleaning, washing, and safety inspections of buses Cleaning windows and wiping down dashboards and overhead compartments Sorting lost and found items Depot cleaning Coffee machine service/cleaning Waste sorting Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and service-oriented. You should be able to provide clear information and answer questions, which means you need to speak Swedish well. A friendly and professional demeanor is a natural part of your personality, making you especially appreciated by children and passengers. Similarly, attention to detail and traffic safety are non-negotiable for you, and you can handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly. You also need to have: Valid Category D driving license and YKB certification Be able to operate from both of our depots Bus driving experience is a plus but not required—your attitude and willingness to do a good job is what matters most.
