We are now recruiting a treatment specialist to join our team at Berglunda. About Berglunda Berglunda is a residential treatment facility that welcomes individuals aged 20 and older with mental health disabilities, including those with concurrent substance abuse issues. At Berglunda, we work toward long-term goals with a focus on strengthening what is healthy, commissioned by municipalities and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The evidence-based treatment methods we currently use are Relapse Prevention, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ESL (A Self-Reliant Life). About the Role As a treatment pedagogue, you will work in a team with several other professionals. Your responsibilities include providing support and treatment to clients in psychiatric rehabilitation and in daily living activities. You will plan and implement treatment interventions and document these in implementation plans, report treatment outcomes in reports to the commissioning body, and continuously document treatment outcomes in client records. You will also receive delegation to handle and dispense medication. Prior experience with this is an advantage. As Berglunda's treatment services are strengthened, you will also have the opportunity to participate in and influence the continued development of the operations. It is of great importance that this interests you. Having an interest in acquiring new knowledge and methods and applying them in work with enrolled clients is a requirement for you to thrive in this role. Working hours are daytime, evening shifts, and two weekends out of five. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or has other education that the employer deems equivalent, or a degree from a 2-year vocational program in social pedagogy or treatment pedagogy. It is an advantage if you are trained in MI, Relapse Prevention, A Self-Reliant Life (ESL), ASI, or CRA and have experience in psychiatric care or treatment of harmful use or addiction. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible.
