About the operation Beteendefokus HVB provides care and treatment for young people aged 16–21 years with substance abuse issues and early criminality. About the position As a Treatment Pedagogue, you will be an important part of the young people's everyday life and development journey. Duties include, among other things: Relationship-building work with young people Implementation of treatment interventions Motivational conversations Documentation and record-keeping Collaboration with social services, guardians, and other stakeholders Planning and implementation of activities Contribute to the operation's quality and development work We are looking for you who Shares our values Has a professional and respectful demeanor Is secure, stable, and responsible Has good collaboration skills Is solution-oriented and flexible Has the ability to create and maintain relationships Can work in a structured and independent manner Wants to contribute to the operation's development Qualifications Requirements Relevant education for the position Driver's license (category B) Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Good documentation skills Good computer skills As part of the recruitment process, applicants must be able to provide a current extract from the criminal record register upon request. References will be checked and personal suitability will be assessed before an interview is offered. Only candidates who meet all requirements will proceed in the process.
