Open Care is responsible for children and youth at risk, children in difficult situations or in need of support, as well as parents who need support in their parenting role or in cooperation with the other parent. Open Care also works with social psychiatry and adult/substance abuse/treatment services. We are here to help in difficult situations where support and guidance are needed to find solutions. About You: We are looking for someone with education in social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, alcohol and drug therapy, or other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in support and treatment work is a plus. You have strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external parties. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. The role requires Swedish in speech and writing. We are an administrative municipality for Finnish and Meänkieli, so it is a merit if you also speak one of these languages. Your Tasks: The assignment consists of preventative/outreach work and early interventions as well as treatment based on evidence-based methods. You carry out decisions on behalf of social workers. Other administrative tasks may occur. Terms of Employment: The position is permanent on a full-time basis. Probation may be applied. We have smoke-free working hours.
