We work based on structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and PE complemented with a quality system that ensures documented treatment results. A quality system with follow-up for both clients, next of kin, and commissioners creates transparency, participation, and security. We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means that we work with the client in a team with different functions (coach/therapist/registered nurse). We take into account all aspects of the biological, psychological, and social in our treatment process. Based on this, it is of great importance to have good internal collaboration and insight into each other's areas to be able to work with them simultaneously. Our Units The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places divided between two units. Here we receive women and men ages 21-60. We accept clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric functional impairments, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behaviors, and other mental health comorbidities combined with substance abuse. Unit Villan has 7 places. Here we receive women and men ages 18-50. We accept clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric functional impairments, trauma, anxiety issues, OCD, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behaviors. We are now seeking hourly temporary staff for our units. Work hours include day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and on-call night shifts. Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you have good communication and teamwork skills. It is important that you can distinguish between the personal and professional. You must have a professional relationship with our clients, commissioners, and colleagues. The work requires that you are responsible and unpretentious - we work with clients who are struggling, and they deserve for us to take responsibility every day to do our utmost to help them reach their goals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Prior to employment, a criminal record extract will be submitted. For this position, you must be/have: - A social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent - Experience in treatment work - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills as documentation is extensive - A valid driver's license (category B) It is also advantageous if you have: - Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses We Offer Dedicated colleagues with good team cohesion who are driven by the desire to improve the quality of our operations.
