In this role, you will work with us toward our vision – A life worth living. Finjagården provides treatment through group sessions combined with individual interventions. We work with structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, CRA, and PE, complemented by a quality system that ensures documented treatment outcomes. A quality system with follow-up for both clients, relatives, and commissioning parties creates transparency, participation, and security. We operate from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means we work with the client as a team with different functions (coach/therapist/registered nurse). We consider all aspects of the biological, psychological, and social in our treatment process. For this reason, it is of great importance that you have good internal collaboration and insight into each other's roles to be able to work with these aspects simultaneously. The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places divided between two units. We accept women and men aged 21-60 years. We accept clients with mental health conditions such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric functional impairments, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior, and other mental health comorbidities combined with substance abuse. Who are you? As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting cooperation with your colleagues, and therefore you have good communication and collaboration skills. It is important that you can distinguish between the personal and the professional. You should maintain a professional relationship with our clients, commissioning parties, and colleagues. The work requires that you are responsible and unpretentious – we work with clients who are struggling, and they deserve for us to take responsibility every day to do our utmost to help them achieve their goals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Prior to employment, a criminal record extract will be required. For this position, you must be/have: - A social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. - Experience in treatment work - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Good system proficiency as documentation occurs extensively - B-class driver's license It is also an advantage if you have: - Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
