Brohäll Marin is a family-owned company located at Bullandö Marina, Värmdö. Bullandö Marina has approximately 1,400 berths and 1,300 winter moorings, and we offer and perform most repairs and new installations for our shipyard customers as well as external customers during the summer. We are authorized for Volvo Penta, Mercury/Mercruiser, Yanmar, and Vetus, but we perform repairs on most brands. We conduct gelcoat repairs and work with most insurance companies. We are members of Sweboat and have been an approved Marine Workshop since 2023. We are seeking an office staff member Your position will be in the office together with two other team members, where your role will primarily be responsible for: - Assisting our mechanics in daily work with repair solutions - Providing support with damage claims covered by insurance - Managing and planning work together with some of our subcontractors - Proposing repairs to our customers and preparing cost estimates - Ordering parts and ensuring our inventory is updated As a person, we see that you have the following qualities: You have experience from the marine industry. Perhaps you have worked as a mechanic for an extended period but now want to take the step into office work and develop yourself. You have good knowledge of quotation work, prioritizing, and planning your workday. You are quality-focused and actively work with routines that ensure quality. A requirement is that you have good computer skills (we work in Visma) and a B-class driver's license. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
