The school has nature integrated into its setting, with an outdoor environment that invites play, learning, and movement. The after-school program has its own facilities and access to the school's gymnasium. The after-school program team consists of one after-school teacher and two childcare providers. Job Responsibilities As a pedagogue at Våmhus after-school program, you will participate in the after-school program's educational activities and serve as a resource in the school. Qualifications You have upper secondary education You have experience working at after-school programs and schools You have good knowledge and experience within NPF You have the ability to build secure relationships You have fluent Swedish, both spoken and written You are a clear leader It is meritorious if you have: Worked at after-school programs and as a resource in schools You are relational, responsive, and clear in your pedagogical leadership and have the ability to motivate and create learning environments based on students' needs.
