Mullebo förskola is a parent cooperative preschool located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Flabäck, Lindome, and operates out of a villa adapted to the preschool's needs. The outdoor environment consists of a varied, equipped play garden of 1500 kvm in a quiet and undisturbed location with immediate proximity to nature excursions. The preschool employs two preschool teachers, two childcare providers, and a couple of substitutes. The children's group consists of one class with ages 1-5 years, approximately 20 places. There is a strong focus on being outdoors in all weather conditions. We are now looking for you to work as a childcare provider with us, with no requirement for previous experience. The person will be trained on-site. We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and have good patience, and that you can be calm and reassuring with clear boundaries in your actions. The focus is on ensuring the children's best interests to provide them with a good experience at the preschool. You have a good approach toward children, parents, and colleagues. This position is part-time, scheduled Monday-Friday 24h/week and starts in mid-August and runs until the end of 2026 with good possibility for extension and permanent employment. Periodically, there may be an opportunity to work more than 60% if desired, but this is not a requirement. Salary according to collective agreement.
