JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a childcare worker, you will be part of a work team that works together based on applicable steering documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the work team, you will work for children's development and learning. Fixed-term employment 2026-08-17 through 2027-06-11. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with childcare worker training or other pedagogical experience. Experience with autism is a merit, as is sharing the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, resourceful and goal-oriented with an approach that is situationally adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional demeanor with children, guardians and colleagues and can easily build good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore strong knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement both spoken and written. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
