About the Job Working as a temp means you replace a regular educator for a shorter or longer period. Together with regular educators, you help create a safe and stimulating environment, participate in play and learning activities, and support students in the classroom and during breaks. Your ability to collaborate and work in a team is an important key to success in temp work, while you can also take independent responsibility and work autonomously leading and planning activities. You have previous experience working with children in educational settings and have references from previous positions.
