WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious childcare provider. You should be well-versed in the preschool curriculum. Together with preschool teachers and other colleagues, you will be responsible for educational activities and creating conditions for joyful learning based on the preschool curriculum. Together, you are responsible for driving the team's work toward goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods and the ability to engage children in educational and creative activities in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with parents. We are seeking a childcare provider with the conviction that children can succeed when given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by clear respect for the individual and good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, offering them an exciting and creative setting. We view the outdoor environment as an important resource, and much of our educational activities take place outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work with quality awareness with children, colleagues, and guardians. You should be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We offer wellness allowance, educational meals, and outdoor work clothing. Competence development occurs continuously. About Us Olympica Preschool has two departments located in a building with proximity to forest. We provide guardians with a clear through-line throughout our activities to create safety and good quality for our children. Olympica has a profile in sports, play, and movement, as well as strong work with respect for each person and equal value for all. We focus on preventing all kinds of harmful behavior.
