REQUIREMENTS You should have experience with final proofing, dough handling, and laminated doughs. You should be self-motivated and efficient. You should have a driver's license as the work hours involve early mornings. The bakery with an adjoining shop/café is located in Billdal outside of Gothenburg. We want you to be a social team member who can work in a team but also independently, and it is important that you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are stress-resilient.
