Your Responsibilities As department manager for the depot in Sölvesborg, you are responsible for your department's staff, finances, and development. Your department consists of an experienced group of personnel with direct reports; project managers, assembly manager (with subordinate staff), warehouse personnel with team leaders, drivers, and a small trolley manufacturing operation. Your responsibilities and tasks include: Departmental responsibility with full personnel responsibility, staff development, and competency provision Budget responsibility with monthly follow-up against financial key figures and targets within sales, work environment, and sustainability Supplier relations and business development within existing and new partnerships Monitoring of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations You work closely and collaborate with the CEO, HR, KMA, Finance - all based in Sölvesborg - but naturally, collaboration with other department managers at all locations is also an important part of your daily work. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is curious about a new challenge and has the right background and commitment to be part of Sydställningar's growth journey. We believe and hope that you bring: Several years of experience in a leadership position within construction, production, or industrial operations Documented experience with financial responsibility, including monitoring and analysis Good system proficiency, preferably with experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar business systems The person taking on this role needs to have a structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to create order, clarity, and momentum in a changing daily environment. It is important to be able to analyze, draw conclusions, and act proactively. The role also requires attentiveness and clear leadership, where the ability to build trust, promote collaboration, and develop people is central.
