Main Responsibilities As a Store Associate with department responsibility, you will take great personal responsibility for making it easy for our customers to find what they're looking for. You should ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and tidy, and handle customer payments. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer salary according to collective agreement. What We Expect That you enjoy working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also work well in a team, be thorough and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast pace. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture. We would prefer if you have completed upper secondary education, preferably in retail and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is a merit.
