Main Responsibilities As a Store Associate with department responsibility, you will take great personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they're looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and tidy, and process customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer wages according to collective agreement. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will handle the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have an eye for both details and the bigger picture. We would prefer if you have completed upper secondary education, ideally in retail and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is an advantage.
