You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and neat, and that you process payments for our customers. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, profitable sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. A probationary period applies. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Of course, we offer salary according to collective agreement. What We Expect That you enjoy working with customers and sales is a requirement for the role. To thrive with us, you should also find it easy to work in a team, be thorough, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast pace. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service and sales-oriented, but also that you have a sense for both details and the bigger picture. We would prefer that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably in retail and service. Previous experience in grocery retail is a merit.
