We are now looking for a Quality Engineer for a high-tech process industry in Aneby. About the Position As a Quality Engineer at Attends, you will have a key role in improving our processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with production and process teams to ensure that quality is built into every step of the manufacturing process. You will have an important role in developing robust quality processes and procedures and in promoting a strong quality culture through training, coaching, and sharing of best practices. Your Main Responsibilities: Analyze data from customer complaints, lab tests, internal deviations, and production systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Together with selected internal teams, coordinate root cause analyses and implementation of solutions, and follow up on effectiveness. Report quality results and trends. Conduct quality-related meetings, workshops, audits, root cause analyses on-site at the factory and with suppliers. Participate in project meetings, risk analyses, and validation activities. Develop new systems for analysis and follow-up. Plan and conduct training in methods and tools. Share knowledge and best practices to continue developing a strong product safety and quality culture in the organization. Who Are You? You have a university degree in engineering, quality management, or similar. You have strong analytical skills and good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently, in teams, and to lead teams. Desirable experience with improvement initiatives and improvement tools such as PDCA, Six Sigma, FMEA. Desirable experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
