We at Attendo are looking for you as a nursing assistant/care aide for Attendo Home Care Bromma About the Role As a nursing assistant/care aide with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly. Your work tasks include, among other things: Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits or care aide with 800 credits Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Driver's license category B Advantageous: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation.
