About Nääs Fabriker Ernst Rosén AB is the Gothenburg-based real estate company that acquired and is developing the historic Nääs Fabriker area outside Lerum—a place that was originally a cotton mill and is now a versatile destination with hotels, restaurants, shops, and other operations. Rosén AB has owned the area since 1990 and works to carefully manage and develop it into a vibrant visitor destination and a place for experiences. Read more at https://www.naasfabriker.se/ About the Role 💫 As Assistant Head Chef, you are responsible for daily operations, weekly planning, routines, and follow-ups. You drive the creative side and creation, and get the team to work toward set goals. Here's what you'll do with us ⭐️ Be part of developing a well-renowned destination that serves fantastic food. Act as stand-in for the Head Chef during their absence. Prepare quality food inspired by traditional Swedish cuisine with a twist. Work with sustainability, environment, and Green Key.
