We are now seeking personal assistants for hourly shifts and possibly some fixed hours to support a wonderful and friendly 30-year-old man with autism and epilepsy who lives in his own home with his cat. We work 24-hour shifts with some sleeping duty/on-call time. The client receives support with daily routines and household tasks, and we join him on various outings and enjoyable activities! Since the client has epilepsy and autism, we would prefer that you have experience with these conditions. What we hope you have: Experience working in care, health services, or personal assistance is a merit. Knowledge of autism and/or epilepsy is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license and access to a car are required. Tolerance of pets, as the client has a cat. What you have/are: Secure, calm, and responsible. Attentive and flexible. Proactive and engaged in your work. Enjoy active work and social interaction. Personal suitability is given great weight.
