We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living outside Sundsvall. If you are the right person for the assignment, you will have the opportunity for a full-time position. About the Personal Assistant Role As a personal assistant, you become the customer's extended arms and legs – a trusted presence that helps her live her life on her own terms. Your responsibilities include assistance with mobility, personal care, household tasks, and activities inside and outside the home. You assist and support the customer in all aspects of their daily life. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your overall role is to assist the customer so she has the conditions to live the life she wishes. There are animals in the home, so you should not be allergic to pets. Responsibilities Your responsibilities range from personal hygiene, mobility assistance, housework, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. The customer works some distance from home, and you will get there by driving the customer's car, which requires you to have a valid driver's license. There are animals in the house that you will help care for, so you cannot be allergic. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks, with good teamwork skills and the ability to build trust. You are calm, attentive, and maintain a professional approach. You are interested in working closely with and helping another person live the daily life she wishes. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training for the personal assistant role. About the Employment The employment is for a fixed term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and compensation is on an hourly basis. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends. Salary and other employment terms follow the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
