Work Responsibilities Prepare traditional Chinese dishes according to the company's menu and standards Prepare ingredients, marinades, sauces, and specialty ingredients Manage wok cooking, frying, steaming, and other Chinese cooking methods Plan and organize kitchen work during service Ensure good hygiene and compliance with Swedish food regulations Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a chef in Chinese cuisine Good knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, spices, and ingredients Ability to work independently at a fast pace Attention to detail, responsibility, and good collaboration skills
