We are now seeking additional team members for our Ringhals nuclear power plant facility. About the Role As an asbestos abatement specialist at NUVIA Access, you'll work on projects with high demands for safety, quality, and precision. The role includes both abatement and demolition work in industrial environments. Typical work tasks include: Conduct asbestos abatement according to AFS 2006:1 and other applicable regulations Demolition work in construction and industrial environments Safe handling and transport of materials and equipment Set up and work in containment areas Ensure all work complies with nuclear safety requirements, internal procedures, and work environment legislation Document completed work according to our quality standards Your Profile We seek an experienced asbestos abatement specialist with a background in demolition work. You have the appropriate training and certifications to work with asbestos. The role requires you to work independently, follow established procedures, and contribute to safe project execution. Requirements: Documented experience with asbestos abatement and demolition work Completed asbestos training Valid work fitness certificate for asbestos work Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written Good physical condition Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility Meritorious: Experience from nuclear power, industry, or other high-risk environments Class B driver's license Experience with mobile work platforms English language skills Lift certification Safe lifting Fall protection Hot work certification We place great emphasis on personal suitability and seek someone who is safety-conscious, meticulous, and experienced in working according to established procedures.
